Terms & Conditions
By subscribing to and using HarvestHub you agree to the following.
1. Agricultural produce only
You agree to list, search for and trade lawful agricultural produce and farm inputs only. Narcotics, weapons, pornography, human trafficking, hate or incitement, and any nationally-regulated product traded outside its rules are strictly prohibited.
2. Accurate listings
Your listings must be truthful — correct product, quantity, indicative price and up to ten genuine photos/clips. Misrepresentation may lead to removal and suspension.
3. Listing lifecycle
Marketing items auto-expire on day 40, with renewal reminders on day 35 and day 39. You may edit, preview and delete your items at any time.
4. Subscription & tax
After a free first month, the subscription is 10 units of your country's local currency per month, renewable. Applicable tax is computed and collected within your country.
5. Lawful use & compliance
You will comply with all applicable national and international agricultural, pesticide-application and trade regulations for your jurisdiction.
6. Moderation & enforcement
HarvestHub screens uploads, searches and messages, and may flag, remove, suspend or report content and accounts that breach these terms.
7. Liability
HarvestHub connects buyers and sellers but is not party to trades. You are responsible for your transactions and indemnify HarvestHub against unlawful use of the platform.
